Pilates is an exercise program that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving posture, flexibility and agility. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind.

The APPI method presents the most current research relevant to Pilates. The APPI Pilates Method is the leader form of teacher training for rehabilitation therapists worldwide, with courses delivered in 15 countries.
