Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2021. Since then, she has been working in private practice. Her approach is patient-centred, and she enjoys empowering people to take care of their health and injuries.
Prior to that, Jess obtained Certificates III & IV in Fitness through the AIS, which allows her to approach clients’ management with an additional awareness and set of skills in the area of fitness.
Jess treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and enjoys using dry needling and hydrotherapy programs as part of her well-rounded approach to Physiotherapy.
Jess is passionate about all things feet, ankles, and balance. She is registered as a “The Foot Collective” Pro, having undergone additional training and experience with natural foot and ankle function using a barefoot approach.
Whilst teaching pre and post-natal exercise classes, Jess developed a special interest in pelvic health and began additional training in the field. She treats a range of women’s pelvic health concerns and is particularly passionate about perineal massage, mastitis, and pelvic pain.
Outside of work, Jess loves reading, cuddling her cat Clarabel, drinking coffee, running, snowboarding, and stand-up paddle boarding.
