Julia completed a Bachelor of Medical Science at the Australian National University and a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra.She has lived overseas for two years both in Wales and England, spending time working and travelling. Julia has spent years playing netball, rowing and now has a keen interest in long distance running and Pilates.Julia has an interest in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries as well as women’s health conditions.Julia is committed to evidence based practice and is keen to further her studies in physiotherapy. She has completed her Clinical Pilates training and is now a Certified APPI Clinical Pilates Instructor. Recently she has begun her training in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and is hoping to complete her Masters in Women’s Health in the near future.When Julia is not busy treating patients she enjoys training for upcoming running events with her dog Roger. Julia and her husband are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child at the end of 2016 and Julia looks forward to her return to Hawker Place Physiotherapy in 2017.
