Jess Quinlan

  • Physiotherapist

Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2021 and has been working in private practice since then. She has a strong passion for helping women and takes a patient-centred approach, empowering people to understand and take care of their bodies.

Jess has completed further training in women’s pelvic health and supports women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She works with a wide range of pelvic health concerns, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction and incontinence.

She also has a special interest in feet, ankles, and balance. As a registered The Foot Collective Pro, Jess integrates a barefoot and functional foot approach into her care, helping people restore natural foot function and move with confidence.

With a background in fitness (Cert III & IV through the AIPT), Jess combines exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, and practical education to support her clients.

Outside the clinic, Jess enjoys reading with her cat Clarabel, coffee dates, snowboarding in winter, and stand-up paddle-boarding in summer.
